New Century Chamber Orchestra at the Osher Marin JCC: February 7-10
Concertmaster Daniel Hope leads the ensemble in works inspired by earlier music—Ralph Vaughan Williams’ “Fantasia on a Theme by Thomas Tallis” and Max Richter’s “Recomposed: Vivaldi - The Four Seasons,” which Hope premiered in 2012—and Britten’s arrangements of music by Schumann and Purcell.
